The National President of Miyetti Allah, Bello Badejo, has been granted bail in the sum of N2 billion by a court as his trial continues.
The court delivered the ruling on Monday after listening to submissions from both the prosecution and the defence.
Although the bail application was granted, the court imposed conditions that Badejo must fulfil before he can be released from custody.
Following the ruling, the case was adjourned to a later date for the continuation of trial.
