British rapper Skepta has chimed in on the ongoing Portable drama and he seems to think he might be next on the artist’s list.
The two had collaborated on Tony Montana despite Portable’s history of making headlines for all the wrong reasons.
Skepta, known for being calm and colle bycted, saw his name trending and went to check what was going on. He saw Portable was at it again and jokingly assumed he was next in line for a call-out.
“I just saw Portable is dragging somebody again, I’m next. We dey wait lol,” he posted.
His tweet quickly got reactions from fans who had mixed opinions.

The responses were swift, with many giving their take on Skepta’s collaboration with Portable and the artist’s unpredictable nature.
@rotcivola told Skepta not to worry, he saved Portable from embarrassment of betrayals. “Portable won’t drag you. You saved him from the embarrassment of betrayals. After Olamide, you’re his god.”
@Tioluwalope0 reminded Skepta he should have been more cautious. “The other day, you were ‘appreciating’ him for all his moves instead of advising him. Makan makan loro oyekan, pasan tor fi na iya ile, wan mafi na iyawo… Soon come, we’ll be here.”
@Magik_jay_ asked why Skepta collaborated with Portable. “So out of all the musicians in Nigeria, you chose to feature Portable? But why?”
Despite the drama, Skepta’s choice to work with Portable shows his interest in Nigerian music and culture.
He has been associated with the Afrobeat and street-hop scene for years, collaborating with Wizkid and now Portable. We’ll see about that.
For now, Skepta is waiting.
