Nigerian socialite Bobrisky has come for the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC, calling them the most wicked people in Nigeria.
Bobrisky made this remarks after EFCC asked for public sympathy over the death of one of their officers during a raid in Anambra.
The cross-dresser responded to the statement by posting on his Instagram stories, “I just don’t like reading anything about EFCC online, cus I feel like I want to throw up each time I read about them.”
He said the EFCC’s appeal for sympathy was funny, considering how they treat Nigerians.
“You are asking the public to be human about the loss of one of your staff, but you are the most wicked people in Nigeria,” he wrote.
Bobrisky also shared his personal experience with the EFCC, he wrote, “When I was in your custody, you took me to my house and searched my house. When I asked why, you claimed I’m into money laundering and wanted to check if I’m printing money in my house.”
He didn’t stop, he said the police are far more human than EFCC.
“Police are better than you all one million times,” he added.
Bobrisky’s statement has generated reactions online, some people are supporting him while others are questioning his claims. But his statement has again brought to the fore the bad relationship between Nigerian citizens and EFCC.
